To register on zero7, you'll need an active mobile number, an email address, and your National ID number. Registration is completely free and takes just 2–3 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old.

No. Under zero7's policy, each mobile number and National ID can only be used to create one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended and any funds held could be forfeited.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email, verify the OTP, and set a new password. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

Go to Account Settings and select the "Identity Verification" section. Upload photos of both the front and back of your National ID along with a selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Without verification, large withdrawal limits remain restricted.
